About the CREATOR

I’m Tracy Sarmiento, Priestess of Sacred Sound, Vocal Alchemist, and first-generation Filipino-American.

I grew up as the only child of Filipino immigrants in a home where emotions were suppressed, and silence felt safer than speaking my truth.

By age 7, I was on stage, singing, performing, being seen, while quietly learning how to please, perfect, and “perform” instead of feel.

After an 8-year toxic relationship and years of self-abandonment, my body finally said NO. Through ancestral healing, nervous system regulation, and reclaiming my voice as medicine, that moment became the beginning of my spiritual awakening.

Today, I guide daughters of immigrants and women of color to alchemize people-pleasing, generational trauma, and silence into embodied self-expression, leadership, and legacy. I fully believe your voice is your greatest tool for self-healing and creation.
